Important update for Australian customers

Australia has become much stricter with nicotine pouch imports. Because of this, all Australian customers must have a valid prescription before placing an order for nicotine pouches.

We can no longer ship nicotine pouch orders to Australia unless the customer has a valid prescription.

Why is a prescription required?

Under Australian law, nicotine pouches are treated as prescription-only nicotine products. This means nicotine pouches cannot be legally imported into Australia without a valid prescription or written authority from an Australian health practitioner.

This applies even if the products are tobacco-free.

What you need before ordering
