2. Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders placed before 1:00 PM Swedish time on a business day are normally processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Swedish time are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on Fridays after the cut-off time, Saturdays, Sundays, or Swedish public holidays will normally be processed and shipped on the next available business day. This means that orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will normally be shipped on Monday, provided Monday is not a public holiday.

United States: Orders to the United States are shipped with PostNord and delivered locally by USPS Home Delivery. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Canada: Orders to Canada are shipped with UPS Express Saver. The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of Pouchland's control.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and, where available, a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, selected shipping method, and delivery destination. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed during checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
