1. General Refund Policy

Pouchland only issues refunds for packages that are physically returned to our warehouse. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for packages that are lost, seized, delayed, or otherwise undelivered for reasons outside of our control.

2. Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The package must be physically returned to our warehouse in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.

Partial refunds may be issued at Pouchland’s discretion if the returned items do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or show signs of use or damage.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Packages lost in transit by the shipping carrier.
  • Packages seized or confiscated by customs or government authorities.
  • Packages delayed for any reason beyond Pouchland’s control.
  • Packages that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Packages returned without prior authorization from our support team.
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
  • Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper storage by the customer.

5. Fraudulent & Incorrect Orders

Pouchland reserves the unconditional right to cancel and refund any order at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment information, identity fraud, or suspicious purchasing patterns.
  • Orders placed using exploits, bugs, glitches, or technical errors on our website that result in incorrect pricing, unauthorized discounts, or unintended promotional offers.
  • Duplicate orders or orders that appear to be placed in error.
  • Orders that violate our Terms of Service.
  • Orders placed by customers who have previously engaged in chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent behavior.
  • Bulk orders or orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale.
  • Any order where Pouchland, at its sole discretion, determines that fulfillment would not be appropriate.

This right applies regardless of whether the error, exploit, or issue originated from Pouchland’s systems, a third-party service, or any action taken by the customer. In the event of a cancellation under this clause, the customer will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

Pouchland further reserves the right to ban or restrict accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive behavior and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Pouchland’s customer support, we reserve the right to:

  • Contest the chargeback with all available evidence, including tracking information, delivery confirmation, and order details.
  • Suspend or permanently ban your account from future purchases.
  • Pursue recovery of any losses incurred as a result of the chargeback, including administrative fees.
  • Report the activity to fraud prevention networks and relevant authorities.
